So, anyone who is keen on gardening probably thinks this is obvious but it is good to finally have what we always thought supported by research.
This recent article outlines some findings from research about the benefits that gardens, gardening, and even just having a few pot plants, may have on increased well-being, recovery from illness and mental health.
